Plates at home is a new digital cook school designed to inspire and teach a new style of plant-based cookery.
Whether an experienced home cook or an enthusiastic novice, learn all about the Plates approach to plant-based and create amazing dishes with our inaugural summer course, led by our co-founder, plant-based pioneer Chef Kirk Haworth.

For the last four years Plates have championed the humble vegetable and pushed it to its furthest limits, developing processes that elevate plant-based food into the most incredible dishes and experiences.
Based on his own personal health journey, chef Kirk Haworth has amassed a wealth of knowledge about the nourishing and medicinal properties of foods and has used this to further inspire his approach to cooking vegan and getting the most out of every ingredient. He additionally draws from his 17 years working in the best Michelin kitchens to deliver delicious food with finesse. Expect a mindful and passionate approach to the course and learn how to make things look as incredible as they taste, too.
