1. ​Can I book outside of the booking window 3rd July - 6th October?
We release 3 month booking windows at a time. Our newsletter will send out notifications when each booking window is going live. For bookings later than 6th October, please keep an eye on our website and socials for the next booking window announcement.
2. Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, if there is availability we will accept walk-ins, however it is advisable that you book.
3. ​Do you cater for allergies and intolerances?
We do our best to accommodate allergies and intolerances. As our menu evolves, so does our ability to cater to various dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, due to the regular use of nuts in our kitchen we cannot cater to nut allergies. Kindly reach out to us at [email protected] with your specific requirements, and we will be more than happy to assist you further.
4. Can I bring my children?
We will do our best to accommodate children, please email us info@ about your family booking requirements.
5. How do I get to the restaurant?
Our restaurant is located at 320 Old Street, Shoreditch EC1V 9DR. A short walk from Old Street Underground. Unfortunately we do not offer parking.
6. How do I make a reservation for a large group?
For bookings larger than 6 and special events, please send us your booking enquiry to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help you with a reservation.
7. Can I privately hire the restaurant?
For private hire enquiries, please send an email to [email protected] with the details of your request and our team will get back to you.
8. Do you have outdoor seating available and do I have to book?
Yes we do have limited outdoor seating available. We will communicate how to book the terrace in due course. The terrace will be available to book out.
9. Is there wheelchair access?
Our new restaurant is very small and whilst there will be wheelchair access into the restaurant itself, the bathroom that we have inherited with the site is unfortunately very small and not wheelchair friendly at the moment. Please email us if you have further questions.
10. How can I cancel my booking and do I get a refund for the deposit? (Mention latest timing before losing the deposit)
If you wish to cancel or amend your booking please do so prior to the final 48 hours before your reservation to have your £25 per person deposit fully refunded. If you cancel the day before your reservation (within the 24-48 hour window) the £25 booking fee is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel or amend your booking on the same day you will lose your deposit and your credit card will be charged an additional £50 per person to cover the costs of menu one. If you do not turn up to a pre-booked reservation (no show) the full menu amount will be taken from your credit card minus the pre-paid £25 per person deposit.
11. Can I purchase Gift Vouchers for the restaurant?
Yes, you can purchase Gift E-Vouchers of any desired amount. This will soon be available through our website however, for immediate requests please email us on [email protected]
12. What payment types do we accept?
We are a cashless site but accept all major credit and debit cards.
13. Do you accept dogs?
Unfortunately we are not able to accept dogs in the restaurant.
