Monday
Join us in the early afternoon, get settled into the farm an take a moment to relax after your journey. After familiarising yourself with the grounds and the farm, meet your fellow guests for wine tasting in the grand salon before heading to the main barn for your welcome dinner, and be introduced to and our culinary and wellness teams.
Tuesday
After a morning guided meditation with Sunita, join us for a Plates breakfast in the main dining room followed by an optional gong bath in our wellness space. The afternoon begins with a set 3-course lunch followed by relaxation time and optional massage and therapy sessions. Late in the afternoon, our Chefs will lead an interactive cookery workshop with you. Afterwards we will help you prepare and cook what you have made to enjoy for dinner that evening.
Wednesday
Start the day with a morning guided meditation followed by a hearty Farmhouse breakfast. Relax in the farm grounds and join a group winter nature walk before returning for a seasonal lunch back at the farm.
The afternoon is yours to explore the local area, relax at the farm, or perhaps book a massage with our therapists. We will reconvene in the evening in the barn where our chefs will serve you dinner.
Weather permitting, join us for stargazing and an evening gong session with Sunita afterwards.
Thursday
Breakfast and lunch will be served on the farm. Enjoy a relaxed day where you can choose from massages, holistic movement group or private sessions, and guided meditation on site, or simply read a book by the fire or enjoy the grounds, it’s up to you. The special finale evening meal is served by our chefs in the barn followed by a group fire pit to watch the stars.
Friday
Enjoy your last morning of meditation and relaxation before joining us for breakfast and farewells. After breakfast take an optional trip to Lectoure Farmers market to explore our local town and area before heading home.
