Plates at home

Master plant-based cooking with award-winning chef, Kirk Haworth.

Plates at home is a new seasonal cookery course designed to inspire and teach a new style of plant-based cookery.

You will learn how to create sensational, nutritious and satisfying food using simple ingredients. We will be sharing the processes that we've created, from preparing your vegetables to curating the perfect plate.

In your own time and at your own speed, you’ll learn how to create everything from canapés to starters, from mains to show-stopping desserts, all of which are deliciously nourishing and push the boundaries of vegan cooking!
