Plates at home

Master plant-based cooking with award-winning chef, Kirk Haworth.

Plates at home is a seasonal cookery course designed to inspire and teach a new style of plant-based cookery.

On the course you will learn how to create flavourful, nutritious and satisfying dishes using humble ingredients. We guide you through the process, from preparing your vegetables to curating the perfect plate.

In your own time and at your own speed, you’ll learn how to cook everything from starters to mains and show-stopping desserts, all of which are deliciously nourishing and help broaden your plant-based understanding and skills.
